The problem

Kora was opening their second studio with no brand foundation beyond a wordmark drawn in Canva. They needed a coherent system that could scale across signage, packaging, paid social, and a forthcoming app — without committing to the agency retainer their accountant had already vetoed.

What we did

Started with a one-page brand brief and a moodboard call. Week 1: type and palette. Week 2: logo system and lockups. Week 3: stationery and packaging. Week 4: brand book and template kit. The full library shipped at the end of week 4, ahead of the second studio opening.

How we shipped

A single weekly review call with the founder, async approvals between. No committee.

Outcome

TODO: replace with opening metrics, social engagement lift, member acquisition before/after, brand survey scores.
