The numbers
The problem
Aether had outgrown their first-build dashboard. Advisors were juggling three tools to do one job, and the mobile experience leaned on a generic banking template that pushed away the high-net-worth clients the brand was built for.
What we did
We rebuilt the core advisor flow from scratch: portfolio overview, position drill-down, client communication, and compliance reporting. The mobile companion app followed two weeks later, sharing the same design system. Every component was tokenised so the in-house team could extend it without us.
How we shipped
Two sprints of structured design (week 1–2), four sprints of paired design and development (week 3–6). Daily Loom recaps and a single shared Linear board. Zero status meetings.
