Yes. If you have a system (or even a starter kit like shadcn or Material), we extend it instead of replacing it. Pure greenfield is faster, but living systems are more common.
We design. We can run lightweight usability tests on prototypes and synthesise findings, but we are not a primary research firm. Most clients pair us with their PM or a dedicated research vendor.
We map the full flow before designing any screen — happy path plus every edge case (errors, empty states, suspended accounts, plan changes). The screens come last because once the flow is right, the screens design themselves.
